Can we send messages by both email and SMS?
Yes. You can choose email, SMS, or SMS with an email fallback if a student has not provided a mobile number.
When are birthday messages sent?
Messages are sent automatically at 10:00 each day to eligible students.
Can we stop messages after a certain time?
Yes. You can set a cutoff period, for example 24 months, to stop messages to students who have been in the CRM longer than that.
Do birthday messages respect marketing opt outs?
Yes. Birthday messages are classed as marketing communications and are not sent to students who have opted out.
Can we target messages by topic?
Yes. You can limit which students receive messages by selecting a particular topic, ensuring relevance and compliance.
