Our story
Student recruitment deserves better than generic CRMs. When I first looked at how universities and colleges were recruiting students, I saw talented teams working incredibly hard but being held back by the wrong tools. Generic systems couldn’t handle seasonal peaks, complex journeys, or compliance, and too often staff were fighting technology instead of focusing on students.
Over time it became clear that the real challenge wasn’t simply managing contacts - it was managing the entire prospective student journey. As the graphic below illustrates, recruitment teams guide students through several critical stages: from first touch and enquiry, through engagement and application, to offer and finally firm acceptance.
Student CRM was designed specifically to manage that journey. The platform supports the full pipeline end-to-end, helping institutions track and nurture prospective students as they move through each stage.
Because the system manages that pipeline, it naturally connects marketing, recruitment and admissions teams around a shared process. Staff rely on it daily to monitor pipeline progression, coordinate communication with prospective students, and ensure each stage of the journey runs smoothly.
