Mobile Event Capture allows you to capture student data offline on iPads at university recruitment events worldwide and is frequently used (and loved) by all our clients.
The students' details are uploaded from your iPads into your Student CRM, which sends automated touchpoints to them post-event. Your touchpoints continue to build the relationship long after the initial meeting, without you or your team lifting a finger. So no need to ask students to write on a piece of paper and no need to decipher scrawled handwriting.

Simply set up your university recruitment stand and ask prospective students to tap their details into your fully branded form on your iPad. Once you connect to the internet this data will be synced into Student CRM with your other records.
We’ve built it from the ground up right here in the UK and have included some nifty features such as the capability to set up multiple forms for various events, branded with your logo and designs, with specified fields and the ability to go back into each submission and make a private note against each person.
